CANCELLATION POLICY

I am committed to providing all of my clients with exceptional care in a timely manner. ​​For this reason, I have instituted a 72 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. I understand that sometimes life gets in the way and appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. However, I kindly ask that you provide at least 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your deposit can only be transferred to another appointment if you let me know 72 hours in advance, and you can only reschedule one time per deposit. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late and I do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will need to reschedule. Deposit is non-refundable. Second no-show will not be able to reschedule. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following my cancellation policy. My goal is to provide the best possible service to all of my clients, and this policy helps me achieve that goal by ensuring that as a lash artist my time is used efficiently and effectively.
